Bring your water bottle.\nDifficulty rating: Easy to moderate. Sections of White Pine trail are steep and uneven. If you prefer to follow the group, I will lead us to White Pine Trail and Sheridan Creek Trail. This less travelled area includes mature stands of pine and oak and views of Sheridan Creek. The forest creates interesting light and textures and is also good for ICM photography. We can then go to the familiar main and knoll boardwalks for views of the marsh and pond, then go to the shore. Resident wildlife include deer, coyote, fox, muskrat, mink, raccoon, rabbit, ducks, geese, herons, raptors, and numerous of songbird species. At 12:00 p.m. those who wish to go for lunch in Clarkson Village can meet back at Green Glade School. Lunch options include the Mediterranean Grill and Clarkson Pump. We can consider suggestions and take a vote.\n
