Biidaasige Park
A brand-new park on the shores of Lake Ontario in downtown Toronto is the location of an October Outing for MCC members!!! Plan to join us as we explore this beautiful park – through the different landscapes it offers, and the wonderful art installations!
When: Saturday, October 24, 2026
Time: 10:14 am meetup at the Port Credit GO station – train times at other stations below
Where: Biidaasige Park – The closest major intersection is Cherry Street and Commissioners Street, located on Ookwemin Minising in the Port Lands.

Cost: Go train fare (we recommend using a Presto card).

We will take the GO train to Union Station. Currently the train times are:
Burlington: 9:42 a.m. Oakville: 10:01 a.m. Clarkson: 10:08 a.m.
Port Credit: 10:14 a.m. Long Branch: 10:21 a.m.
The times will be confirmed a few days before the outing.
We will meet on the top level of the Accessibility car.
From Union Station we will take the TTC 114 bus at the corner of Bay and Front, south side to Commissioners and Cherry Street. There we will enter the park.
We will wander this 40-acre park for a couple of hours. It is made up of three different landscapes: the River, the Floodplain and the Uplands. We will enjoy the park and the photography and the spectacular views of the City of Toronto.
For lunch we will head to the Cherry St. Bbq for a bite to eat (optional) before heading back home.
