The Image Critique SIG

Starts on Oct. 4th.
From there we meet Monthly on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. We will decide among ourselves whether to meet Easter Monday.

The Image Critique SIG

Members of this group are curious. They are keenly interested in learning all about the mysterious reasons why images succeed or fail. We typically spend more time on artistic image qualities rather than basic technical issues like exposure, sharpness etc.

Images submitted by group members are presented and their various qualities and merits are debated. Questions are answered, mysteries solved. Suggested edits may be shown.

Guided by this new knowledge, members learn to quickly edit and optimize images in a logical way, understanding what they are doing, and why they should or shouldn’t follow “the rules”.
